« on: October 14, 2014, 09:46:50 AM »
I can
t for the life of me find charts that would indicate which culture blends can be substitutes for others.

I need to update my spreadsheet so I'll get that done and post it.  I do use it a lot to match as best I can the recipe.  Someone out there:  Please develop and app that you can punch in LH, LC, LD, etc. and it will give you culture blends that match or are close.

I was mainly wondering if there was a chart/guide that would indicate "if you don't have culture x you could substitute culture y"
