Howdy all.  I'm the noob.  Been making some cheeses, getting pretty obsessed.  Glad to be here.  Will be posting pics of my current disasters soon.

See you all 'round the campus!

Welcome to the Cheese Forum---as they say, misery loves company---so share those disasters, but remember,  there are a lot of successes here too and these guys and gals can be a big help.

Yea, that's me ("passedpawn").  This site would not let me use that because it has the a-s-s in it.  Do I know you from HBT?

We have a cheese forum over there, but it's not as well attended as here and, frankly, the depth of cheese knowledge there is not very useful.  Now if you want to make beer, that's another story!

I haven't been active there for a few years, but was/am FromZwolle over there.

Yea I remember you!  You were pretty active there.

Anyway, loving the cheesemaking biz.  It takes even more patience than brewing, though, at least for the cheeses I've been making.  I've made mozz a bunch of times and that is instantly gratifying.

I hope to stick around here for a while and contribute, though I'm sure I'll just be showcasing all the classic noob mistakes for a while.  I take a lot of pics, so at a minimum I'll provide some entertainment for the veterans here.
