I couldn't retrieve my old account password so I had to make a new one, so sad because it took months to figure out how to get back on the forum which reall hurt my cheese making because I'm new at this. After many fails which I blamed on a poor cheese cave that I set up on a budget while living in London UK I returned my home in Vancouver bc and made my best camembert . Best because I like everything about it and my Co workers thought It was store bought.
