I have been catering a lot of parties all summer so no time for snacks but I have been developing healthy stuff like 3 bean burgers and 3 squash burgers for my BIL that is having health issues that came out good enough to even impress me and I am never happy with anything I make. Maybe I will post them somewhere they have been in high demand since I created them.
