I am seeing little blue patches and it's 10 days since making it and blue activity compares to your lovely Blue at the same stage - yours looks great, nice colour and lovely veining.  15 days is looking like a good time to pierce.  Not sure how the little one will go but I do know there was too little weight in the curds to consolidate it properly so it's probably going to be a very crumbly blue - this one I'll open at 1/2 my target of 12 weeks as I don't have a trier.
