Hello Cheesemakers,
our company, based in Germany, offers a wide variety of used equipment in the dairy and food processing industry. Currently we have two used cassette cheese presses available (New in 2002 and 2010), manufactured by KALT. Everything happens automatically: cheese moulds are filled, then the cheese is pressed and placed on the conveyor belts to be processed afterwards.
They may be used for pressing of cheese blocks sizing 680 x 680 x 200 mm.
Furthermore there are two complete cheese packaging lines available including e.g.:
- KTM1 MCC Cheese Cutting/Slicing Machine, supposed to cut Euro-Blocks into 6 cheese parts
- all Conveyor Belts
- Cryovac BM3, Year 1986
- Cryovac VR 8600-14 DC, Rotating Vacuum Chamber Sealing Machine, Year 1992
- Shrinktunnel
The other packaging line consists of e.g.:
- Multivac Vacuum Packaging Machine
- Somic Cheese Cutting Machine
- Traypacker
- Shrinktunnel
