Had to share a photo of my holiday cheese plate. All homemade this year!!

Asiago, Tomme, Robiola, Feta, honey chevre, sweet potato chevre and Saint Maure de Tourraine

Another cheese and I hope you and your fellow cheese eaters all really enjoyed your efforts. That is the best part about making cheese - sharing it and feeling happy with the results! A cheese for you!

A beautiful spread Ami and another cheese, with apologies for being late to the party.  My wife would die for a sweet potato chevre, but then again she's a sandlapper (i.e. lives in SC).
