In looking at the kosher certificate, it will be one of six Danisco P. Roquefortis, either CB2, PA, PJ, PS, PV or W1.

Do you see any of those designations on the packaging? Is it in a Danisco package?

I just got a message back from April at NE Cheese:

Hello Larry,

Thank you for your inquiry. This is what appears on the product package:P. Roqueforti PV LYO 10D

I have attached the product spec sheet for further info. Please let me know if this does not answer your question.

So it's Danisco PV. The attachment below is the product sheet for it.
