This one has lipase so I guess wax is in its future.

Hi Al,

Sorry it took a bit to get back to you. I was playing in Ohio.

For my 4 gallon make, I vacuum sealed it at about 1 month because it wasn't very thick. The 8 gallon make seems to be doing well without sealing, but I have coated it with Coconut oil. I'll probably vac bag it at some point, just not sure when.

What does lipase have to do with waxing?
