Anyone got an idea what the best draining belts are for DMC cheese machines (the Tetrapack machines for instance)? But also, which types are been used within machines like these?
Because it looks like there is a wide range of draining belts available, but not sure which is the best. For instance: there are
monofilament polypropylene mesh belts on the market, those are woven synthetic belts and easy to clean in CIP. On the other side, I also see chain linked synthetic belts on the market like these:
