Welcome to the forum----is the drool a new ingredient for cheese making? ;)  Believe me, I understand drooling over cheese!

Drooling contains Lysozyme that can prevent late blowing... But... I think that I'll just use my Lysozyme powder... ;-)

One of my two cats is mad about the cheeses I've been making -- any time I go to the fridge to pull out some cheese, she is right there, pawing me and waiting expectantly ... and she always licks every crumb of what I give her (which, incidentally, is not much more than a crumb -- I didn't make the cheese for her!!). Naturally, the other cat often comes to investigate as well -- but if I give her some of the cheese, she never eats any of it.
