(happy) ANOTHER CHEESE??? AWE-SOME! Thank you Al! Better watch it though-- my ego may get out of control.
Mal... one batch of cottage cheese, two batches of butter and one in-the-works cheese and I am already begging my husband for a dairy cow, a couple goats, one or two sheep and two pigs. The pigs are not for butchering (I'm a wimp) but I just like pigs. Oh! And I want a few chickens and ducks. I love duck eggs. Since we live in the city... I don't think I'm getting my mini farm anytime soon.
Gobae... I love knitting, too. That's my other downfall. Yarn. I really need my own sheep (see above) so I can card and spin my own wool.
Blacksmithing sounds so cool! Have you ever heard of the John C. Campbell Folk School in Vermont? I believe that have workshops, etcetera in blacksmithing. They (the school) offers all kind of classes; I need to go look at their site.
