Thanks Alp. Yeah it could have been a brand name rather than style. It is going back many years now. The holes were tiny and sponge like from memory, similar to the look of havarti. I visited a deli this morning, but it wasn't in what they had. I'll try another couple of deli's near where I originally bought. It's just frustrating as the name is on the tip of my tongue, but I just can't get it out..... I might just have to taste test a lot of other cheeses.
