On some board a couple of weeks ago I mentioned a very effective but cheap spray bottle I got from Walmart a couple of years ago. I stopped by yesterday and found that they are still available at about $6.50 each. I scored four more. You can see in the attached photo that you fill it with whatever and pump it up. The spray is adjustable from coarse to fine. I use two of these whenever I make cheese. One contains Clorox (1 tsp/gallon of water) and the other contains straight white vinegar. I use the Clorox on surfaces and equipment including sinks and faucets after I've cleaned them. The vinegar is used on my hands after I've washed them and before I touch anything that will contact the cheese making equipment sanitized with the Clorox. I think that they could be used to spray molds on cheese. Here's a photo of the bottle.
