Flathead Lake Cheese, in Polson Montana, is a solar powered cheese factory that produces curds, feta and gouda in various versions. They have submitted a one minute film to the "Real Montana Film Competition" to further the cause of sustainable food production in Montana. Welcome to the forum :).  Nice video.  Do you have a link to the "Real Montana Film Competition"?  I googled it but didn't find this video.
