I am making mozzarella pizza cheese. Question I have is
1-Do I need to stretch in hot water then cool it then use it on pizza OR I can use it on pizza without stretching it.
2- Is there anything called pizza chesses just for pizza.

You should finish making the cheese before using it. So, stretch it first, allow it to cool and then make the pizza. Mozzarella is commonly used on pizza. You want a cheese that melts.
