There are lots of way to control the temp. It's not that hard, using a PID or computer based controller is a little over the top unless you vat is large and you have multiple temp sensors. THe easiest way, which a lot of us do, is use water heater elements with a cheap router speed control from harbor freight. After one batch you'll know where to set the knob on the router speed control and you'll be golden every time.
