Hello from Cleveland
« on: April 29, 2009, 05:58:36 PM »
Just started making cheese. I made a 1 hr mozzarella and just Tuesday attempted to make a farmhouse cheddar. I can see alot of other types of cheese I want to try. My favorite cheese to eat is blue but there are some many good cheeses.

I assumed you meant Ohio.

Yes, Cleveland, Ohio. Actually just outside Cleveland in Shaker Heights.

Looks like there are a couple of cheese makers in the area. Great to see the local interest.

Welcome Craig. So how was that first cheese? I am not a fan of the blues but I hear they are tricky.
