Just started making cheese. I made a 1 hr mozzarella and just Tuesday attempted to make a farmhouse cheddar. I can see alot of other types of cheese I want to try. My favorite cheese to eat is blue but there are some many good cheeses.

I just remembered that there are at least 16 different Clevelands in the US
I assumed you meant Ohio.

Yes, Cleveland, Ohio. Actually just outside Cleveland in Shaker Heights.
Looks like there are a couple of cheese makers in the area. Great to see the local interest.
