Do I need extra PC sprayed on my cheese?

I made a cam on the weekend using a camembert mould blend which contains the mm100 and the Penicillin candidum mould blends.

Im just wondering if I should mstill spray my cheese with a PC and distilled water spray or will there be enough in the blend I used?

Also if I should spray them should I buy some cams and make a morge or can I use my freeze dried  PC powder instead?

There should be enough.

You can just use freeze-dried powder. 3 pinches in a quart of water is sufficient.
