Hi all,
Just wanted to share this blog post and survey for anyone who may be interested in making the leap from cheese as a hobby to cheese as a profession. So far I've received just over 50 insightful survey responses with what you'd expect...how much to start, where to get money, what cheeses to make, how to market/sell, etc. Anyway, would love to have feedback from anyone here since I always promote Cheese Forum in any training I do.

The original thread is over 6 years old. I don't think you'll get a response.
