I hate to break into this little Aussie party and say welcome to kleokat but I guess I can since I live in WA also.  (That's the postal abbreviation for Washington State here in the wintry northern hemisphere where Washington DC is forecast to get over 24 inches of snow by Sunday (Monday to you folks) morning.)  Happy cheesemaking everyone!  ;)
