If you've been our our Perfect Cheese website lately you may be asking "where's the
beef cheese making equipment?". What's happened is that we're planning on moving our base of operations to be nearer our grandkids over the next few months and had to trim our product line to give us more personal time. We're still offering the temperature and humidity control products along with the larger cave fogging systems, but for now we've pulled most our curd prep and aging products from the navigation bar. We do have some inventory of the discontinued products left (pans, molds, etc) and would be glad to sell these below cost to forum members and friends. I'll make a list and give a head's up on this thread so I can message anyone interested.
On the personal side some of you have noticed I haven't been posting much. Main reason is I haven't been making cheese (last one is last November). Many reasons for that both personal and business, but I figured you guys would get tired of anything I posted without being able to throw some good cheese-porn in there
. I need to get back involved though because I remember how much this forum helped me and even though I'm not actively making cheese maybe there's something I can help someone with. I also have made a lot of friends here that I want to keep in touch with and selfishly satisfy my yearning for making cheese vicariously through your efforts and pictures
