And maybe if no roquefort cheese then a bit of Danish Blue.
However my mission statement of mine is rid the whole world of Dairylea triangles and Cheese slices

Dairlylea sound like what you get when you drink the water in Mexico.
Welcome. I'm a prolificator of blues, roquefort is awesome. I believe I posted a recipe on here for that.
