I am the owner of a cheese and wine shop in California. We opened about a year and a half ago and have been growing steadily. We have a type 20 (off sale beer/wine license) as well as an instructional tasting license. I am looking for one of three scenarios:
1) Someone to come on as the working partner - ideally with a capital investment, but could negotiate those terms
2) Someone to come on as day-to-day manager of the shop with a possible opportunity to earn equity
3) Someone to buy the shop outright
