Hello all,
I have been reading the forum for sometime now, and have decided it is high time I post (and stop lurking).  In 2009, after taking a class from Peter Dixon, I started thinking about cheese making as a second job.   I am from Ohio and farm with my family and our small herd of Jerseys.  I have been making cheese for a while, mostly as gifts for family and friends and now moving to a small farmstead creamery.  I look forward to sharing cheeses.
