Hello all,
I have been reading the forum for sometime now, and have decided it is high time I post (and stop lurking).  In 2009, after taking a class from Peter Dixon, I started thinking about cheese making as a second job.   I am from Ohio and farm with my family and our small herd of Jerseys.  I have been making cheese for a while, mostly as gifts for family and friends and now moving to a small farmstead creamery.  I look forward to sharing cheeses. :D

Willkommen Kaesfrau, I see from your name you take your home very serious. We also have Jerseys, Will be listening and hope to learn, for I'm sure you are very good at what you do on the home front.
