Hello, my name is Leandro, i'm from Brazil, i love cheese and i have plans to make all kinds of cheese. I'm a lover of Grana Padano and parmigiano reggiano. I have knowledge in brazilian cheeses like minas frescal, minas padrão, requeijao and kingdom cheese.

Welcome Leandro!  This is a fun forum filled with some very knowledgeable members that are very helpful.  I don't know what I would have done without them.  Enjoy and remember to let us know how you cheeses progress.

Hey Leandro, welcome.... Great to have you join...we are just as interested in your cheeses as you are of others seen here...so feel free to post your cool recipes so we can try them too...post pictures too (bonus points!) we want to see "what's cooking!"... Have fun and jump right in there. The Olympics are over... Let the cheeses begin! :)

Leandro, Good you've come by, welcome!

When you've time~tell us a bit more about the cheeses you've mentioned, tell/show us your process of making them~that would be fun.

Bem-vindo, feliz que você veio!
