Hi Fellow Cheeses!
I am a novice cheesemaker, and have been reading this forum for a while, and figured I would say hello. I have made some mozzarellas and a few farmhouse type cheeses, but can only age one at a time until I get a dedicated fridge. I hope to be able to make parmesans, cheddars, gruyeres and manchegos soon though! I'll try to upload some pics of my current farmhouse, which is at 6 weeks now.
