I'm from Markham. My hubby loves juniper-spiced venison with brown goat cheese sauce and I'm planning to cook it for him on his birthday (this weekend). While buying
the spices and herbs I had added licorice root too in the list. I was thinking to add licorice root with the ingredients of Brown Goat Cheese Sauce and for more rich flavor, juz for a taste change. What do you guys think? Will that ruin the dish? This is my very first time that I'm gonna do any experiment on a dish. I hope my effort comes with the best result.
