Healthy fruit smoothie with cheese ;)

Hey all,
This is the smoothie time. The last day I had tried a delicious smoothie with coconut milk, apple juice, pineapple, cheese and lime. It is tasty as well as healthy. Hereby I'm sharing the recipe for it. If you are conscious about your health, then you should include fruit smoothies in your diet. It will nourish your body with essential nutrients. I'm including this in my diet as per the instruction of my dietician to reduce my weight.

Recipe
Ingredients

Coconut cream- 1/2 cup
Fresh apple juice-1 cup
Cheese-1/4 cup
Diced Pineapple-1/2 cup
Frozen banana-1/2 cup
Fresh lime juice-1 tsp

Method

Blend ingredients in a blender or using a hand-mixer until smooth.

Wow, thank you for the recipe. I haven't tried cheese smoothie before.
