What weight will it support?

Tested to give a press weight on the mold of 95 lbs using 25 lbs of weight on the furthest point on the arm. Thanks for asking. I decided to give cheese making a try. I made four of these and I've used mine 25 times for Grana style. Shipping to Port Orchard is $22.

Bought one of these from Dave.

Went together just fine, and it's nice to have one that's large enough to fit some of the larger cheese molds.

Next step:  something that's not paneer :)  (Though paneer's a staple here.  mmmmm saag paneer...)

I've got two left, or I can custom make one in the same price range.
