Accidental Cheese

The cheese isn't nearly as accidental as I made it sound in the title, because I was making cheese on purpose, but I accidentally didn't follow the recipe and want to be sure that it's actually safe to eat? I was attempting labneh, but apparently couldn't read and didn't exactly follow the instructions. I only heated it to 110, added the yogurt, and then let it sit at 110 for six-ish hours before I got impatient and added rennet. Then I let it sit for another five-ish hours at 110. Mostly because I forgot about it. I strained it and let it hang overnight, and what I have now is kind of like cream cheese in both consistency and flavor.

Should I just feed this to the dogs and forget about it, or is it safe for people to eat and I could add this 'recipe' to my collection?
