Forum Locked Up

Whenever I log on this is the only thing I see. Always the same three posts with no change to them.  Is anyone else having this problem?

It apparently was the computer at my office that has the problem as my home computer works fine.

Try clearing the cache at work.
It looks like that is Internet Explorer, download Firefox....
