Hello CF! beginner here from PA. Made a couple batches of Mozzarella a few years ago then moved to a place I wasnt able to make cheese. now im moved in somewhere i can make cheese again so im starting up! hope to learn alot here and welcome any starting advice.

Read the recipe through at least 2 times while picturing the steps , then make it .
Also start easy , like a fete . You can eat it right away , and it is impossible to get it too low in acid
