Hello fellow Wisconsonians,
I've found that all my local stores only carry ultrapasteurized goat milk (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Woodman's). Which won't form a good curd even with quite a lot of rennet & CaCl2 and more than 24 hours of coagulation.
Does anyone know a good source for NON-ultrapasteurized goat milk in Wisconsin?
