Greeting from New Jersey
« on: April 18, 2017, 10:39:02 PM »
Hi there, I'm Steve.  I am getting serious into my cheese making hobby although I am just starting out.  I am investing in a wine fridge for aged cheeses and have found a raw milk supplier in New York.  Working from Caldwell's "Mastering Basic Cheesemaking" book.

Welcome! Caldwell's book is my favorite - lots and lots of good information.
