Merci beaucoup Raw Prawn, cela fait vraiment plaisir d' écrire en Français car j'utilise un traslator pour communiquer et pas vraiment évident, merci encore pour le fromage que j'aimerais vous rendre à l'occasion mais ne sait pas a quoi sa sert et comment faire, le temps me donnera largement l'expérience de mieux comprendre le forum, cordialement.

Je pense que vous trouverez que Cheese Forum (Je ne sait pas qu'est-ce que c'est en Francais; peut-etre Fromage Forum?) est tres utile.

Je pense que j'ai besoin d'expliquer "donne un fromage".
Si vous avez fait bien, on peut cliquer "thumbs up" sous votre nom et écrit qu'on vous a donné un fromage. Ce montre qu'on l'apprecié.

I enjoyed trying out my limited French in reading the dialogue between you and Raw Prawn - I can understand at least some written French, but my ability to speak or even write is very limited, so I will not attempt to make an extended reply in French; I would undoubtedly embarrass myself! This is quite an international forum, and we often have to use a translator to communicate, but fortunately le fromage est le langage universel! (I was almost able to write that without help, but I did have to check Google Translate to be sure. )

Big "Bonjour" from France, it is cold here, I hope it is warm at home, cut cheese Bleu d'Auvergne, Very good taste but amateur instinct one can too much salt, it is aged 2 Month, finally a cheese lover can realized Blue cheese, thank you.

Looks excellent - a cheese for you! Next time you will know to use less salt - and soon you will have the recipe perfected, and will be able to make it every time.

A cheese from me for a nice looking blue.  Remember to keep notes so that you know how much to reduce the salt on your next try.
