Sorry I have not been posting much here. I joined a group on Facebook called "learn to make cheese" that I don't have to resize my images for, so I have been being lazy. Here is my most recent creation.

An interesting beast.

So, how did this turn out?  (I love chili and chocolate)

Somewhere, some long time ago, milk decided to reach toward immortality… and to call itself cheese.
