Hi Everyone
My name is Rain and I'm from the Laurentian mountain area of northern Quebec, Canada. I started my cheese venture over the years making ricotta and yogurt...but in June I stepped things up and started some microwave-Mozzarella, Curd and Farmhouse Cheddar (currently 2 wheels aging).
I'm a beginner, I'm flying blind most of the time and it's getting
frustrating. I've been reading through this forum for the last month or so, trying to find help so I thought I'd introduce myself properly.
I'll be asking questions today, that's for sure! I hope I get to the point where I'll be giving advice!!
