Cheese Make Sheet/ Worksheet
« on: October 06, 2017, 07:52:38 PM »
I'm curious what other folks are using for their notes.

I wanted a general make sheet that I could then use for making almost any cheese.
Then I go back an alter the subsequent cheese recipe based on those notes.
Once a cheese gets to the "5 star" rating, then I don't generally don't change the recipe anymore.

Here's my make sheet. (It's not the first iteration.)   It's been working well enough, but I was wondering 1) what you use, and 2) what improvements you see as suggestions to mine.

Here is a template I use - and then modify for each cheese.

Have fun ...
