oak cambium for cheese

i have collected some oak cambium and planing to use it on a brie type of cheese, ill try one with p candidum and if i get luck one with g candidum.
ill keep you posted.
i know that oak barrels are made for rakia type of alcohol beverage and viskey so hope i get some of that wooden  smell, to the cheese.
