There’s excitement in the
air. I got two new molds yesterday.
Now that may not seem like a big deal, but in Costa Rica it can take months sometimes.
I got a 6 pound basket mold and a 4 pound rectangle

Thanks! It's from New England Cheesemaking. The inner basket impression comes out--it's intended for Manchego, but who knows what else I'll use it for. LOL
