First of all thanks.
In order to put it in olive oil you have to put it in brine first and leave it for 40-60 days in there.
Then you can remove it air dried it and put it in olive oil.
The reason is that the cultures that are used to make fetta are still active and second you need fetta to be a bit sour as well as salty.
