Hey there!!

Hi guys my name is rave i havent used a forum for a long time, i recently started learning about cheese making im 22 originally from texas just moved to colorado, i plan to buy something new for the hobby every paycheck starting with my cheese cave/mini fridge my goal is to make things like cheddar and pepperjack and mozarella. Im so excited to start making cheeses as gifts and learn the experience i hope i can become good enough to offer help here too :)

Where in Texas and where in Colorado?
My son lives in Arvada outside Denver and we are originally from Dallas. (But I live in Costa Rica now.)

Somewhere, some long time ago, milk decided to reach toward immortality… and to call itself cheese.
