Hi everyone. I just started making cheeses in December. So for I’ve done Brie, Gouda, Blue Cheese and now a Parm. Lot’s of fun. I did start making cured meats a few years ago, but stopped. Now it’s time to start that again. I just found this website and it’s already helped with some issues I was having. Maybe someday I can help someone. Looking forward to contributing. The Brie was my first cheese and came out better than store bought.
