First try was tasty but not as expected. I changed the recipe a little.
1. Doubled the milk so the aspect ratio doubled.
2. Added 1/32 GC to head off any skin slip.
3. Stirred for 10 minutes rather than 1. I wanted a drier curd.
4. First use of my new Mad Millie Cam molds. Bloody brilliant.
They are still weeping a bit after 24 hours but I don't expect much more height change (pic 03)
I did not add the PC but plan to spray it on after the blue has set. I'm shooting for blue on the inside and white on the outside.
