Thanks so much for posting these!  These pix are what brought me to this forum.  And yes...I did zoom in on every pic and scrutinize (AND drool.) 

I have spent some time in Paris and there is a similar farmer's market in the St. Germain de Pres area.  The first time I went, I could not believe all the different kinds of cheese that was available!  I was lucky to happen upon an English ex-pat who spoke my language and took the time to expain each and every one of his offerings.  I bought, "just a few things" to take with us on the train:  2, or 3 cheeses, some beautiful globe grapes, a fresh baguette and a nice bottle of wine...yum!  If you ever get the chance to go...GO!

Oh wow CH, they are truely magnificent.  Problem is you would want to try them all.
