Sorry goat lady if this is a stupid question but what exactly is the definition of a "Swiss" cheese? Isn't it as if I would say a "Dutch" or an "English"? Or is there a cheese called "Swiss Cheese" besides i.e. Gruyere, Appenzeller, Emmentaler etc?

Cheers

Peter
