Not that I've seen.  Occasionally I'll go online and look at the ingredients in their cultures and compare them to other cultures and similar recipes.  They're definitely very proprietary in their offerings.  It seems like they don't want anyone to be able to convert their cultures to the competition's.

Just so, but Caldwell in Mastering Artisan Cheesemaking offers a clue in her culture tables where she lists a small packet "packaged by a home cheese supply company" and then follows on the next line with what seems like the same culture offered by the manufacturer.  Often the cultures in each packet are the same.  Obviously, this is no guarantee that the "home cheese supply company" has simply packaged what follows in Caldwell's list but my guess is that the "hcsc" is doing a simple repack of something available in larger dose packages rather than making their own blends.
