I'm making a large format Alpine cheese and found that standard cheesecloth is no match for gathering a 40# mass of curd. Does anyone know of a source for heavy duty cheesecloth?
I know Bichsel sells hemp cheesecloth for large Alpine cheeses but seems there must be an equivalent available more easily in the US.

For something that large, I'd look to a fabric store with the 90# grade muslin and buy off the bolt. It might also be the case you would want to divide and conquer with so large a cheese mass to hang.
